I bought a one-bedroom house in Newport Pagnell through Astons in August 2020. From the first contact and throughout the viewings and the offer process I found Gary to be a very friendly and likeable guy, and this helped me feel comfortable with the process which was great as a first time buyer. I wasn't sure at first whether I would take the mortgage advice through them as well but in the end I was really glad I did! Kerri was excellent and helped me a lot, not just with the mortgage but with numerous aspects of the process. She impressed me a lot with her enthusiasm and dedication, and even arranged my building and contents insurance whilst in Malta after a last minute change to my completion date! Highly recommend in all!

The service was above and beyond what most Estate Agents would do, I imagine. Dave and the team were extremely helpful, proactive and also really real and open about what the best move forward is: refreshing, when your priority is just to sell within a timely manner, at an acceptable price. Selling was in difficult context of a separation, and they managed this sensitively and professionally. Brilliant team.
